We are currently seeking a skilled and imaginative Adult Doll Product Designer to join our team. As a designer, you will play a critical role in shaping and creating innovative adult doll products that meet the evolving demands of our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, design, and develop adult doll products, considering both aesthetics and functionality.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, sculptors, and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform product design.

4. Create detailed product sketches, drawings, and specifications, including material selection, dimensions, and mechanical components.

5. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools to create 3D models and renderings of adult doll products.

6. Iterate and refine designs through prototyping and testing, gathering feedback from end-users and incorporating necessary improvements.

7. Stay updated on advancements in materials, manufacturing techniques, and industry regulations relevant to adult doll product design.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the brand image and target market.

9. Work with manufacturers to oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality, accurate execution of designs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.

2. Proven experience in designing and developing consumer products, preferably in the adult industry or similar.

3. Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs.

4. Strong understanding of aesthetics, ergonomics, and materials that are suitable for adult doll products.

5. Ability to generate and communicate innovative design concepts with strong attention to detail.

6. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturers to ensure product feasibility.

7. Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt designs to meet various market demands.

8. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
